Delivery is $10, and waived for orders above $100.

Orders made by 6pm can be delivered by the next working day.

As the caviar requires refrigeration, we require you or an authorised person to be present for delivery. For authorisation of collection, please indicate in your order notes, or email at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

Our delivery partners will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes on arrival. Redeliveries must be arranged within 3 working days and will be subject to a $30 redelivery fee. Orders undelivered within 3 working days will be disposed of. No refunds will be entertained.

They are transported in isothermic packaging with ice gel packs.

Unopened, and stored between -3 degrees to 3 degrees celsius, it can keep for up to 3 Months.

On receiving your caviar, take it out of the isothermic packaging and store it in the coldest part of your fridge.

We do not advise freezing your caviar as it will affect the product's texture.

While unfinished caviar can be stored in your fridge and consumed within 36 hours, it is best consumed as soon as it is opened. We recommend only opening as much caviar as you intend to consume.

Once open, we recommend placing the caviar tin on ice, and consuming within 2 hours. racking and shipping information.

We advise our customers to inspect the product immediately on delivery. As it is a perishable product, we cannot offer refunds once it has been handed over. Please contact for feedback on the product.

As caviar is a natural product, seasonal fluctuations can cause certain products to be unavailable from time to time. We'll try our best to bring it back as soon as we can.
