Terms and Conditions


Kairos Caviar reserves the right to change these terms at any time, but the ones applicable will be those in force on the date of the order.

Acceptance and Confirmation of order:

The process for placing an order are as follows:

  • The client chooses the products and adds them to cart
  • The client confirms the contents of their cart
  • The client enters their name, contact information, as well as delivery address
  • The client indicates the time and date for delivery
  • The client enters their preferred payment method
  • The order is placed
  • Payment is validated
  • The order is confirmed

The client is able to adjust their order and can view their order details and the total price at any point before submitting the order, thereby expressing their acceptance on submission.

The submission of any order, implies unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. 

Kairos Caviar reserves the right to cancel or accept any order from any client with whom there is a past or ongoing payment dispute, and/or whom Kairos considers a payment risk. 

Any information given by the client is assumed to be correct. Kairos will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful fulfilment of the order as a result of incorrect information provided by the client.

Returns and Exchanges:

All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Due to the sensitive nature of the product, claims made after the items have been handed off will not be entertained.

Replacements for any items rejected will be re-sent at the next available time slot.

Delivery requirements:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will not deliver to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

All products deemed to be perishable will be shipped in insulated containers with gel packs to maintain a cold temperature.

Delivery is quoted for the main island of Singapore ONLY.

Orders to the following areas will incur an extra $15 in fees, as required by our transportation partner:

  • Jurong Island
  • Jurong Port
  • PSA Ports
  • SATS
  • Aerospace Zones
  • Shipyards
  • Airline Road
  • Airport Cargo Road
  • Airport Zones
  • ALPS Avenue
  • Camps
  • Checkpoints
  • Construction Sites
  • Supply Bases

For next day delivery, the client must place their order by 6pm GMT+8 latest.

All orders confirmed will be shipped on the next available working day within the limit of available stocks.

We will not be able to deliver packages on Weekends or public holidays.

Kairos Caviar reserves the right to amend the terms and coverage of its delivery area at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Information:

The client must supply a valid phone number and address. In the event that a mistake is made in the wording of the contact information or delivery address including names, address, phone numbers, email address, door code, or any such information that results in the items being unable to be delivered, or lost, no refund will be made or entertained.

The client must receive the goods and is obligated to inspect the condition and quantity of their order in the presence of the delivery person.

Any issues with the condition or quantity of the order must be highlighted immediately. As the product is perishable, we cannot entertain returns or refunds after the product has already been handed over.

Kairos Caviar can in no way be held liable for any potential degradation of the products due to the late receipt of a package due to the absence of the customer or person entitled to receive it.


The client will be informed of any delay within 24 hours of completing your order. 

In the event that any items are unavailable after the order is placed, the client will be informed by email or telephone within 24 hours. The client may then choose to to:
- Have item substituted with another item or combination of items similar in quality and price.
- Have the order cancelled, and the paid price refunded within 15 working days.


The price is due at the time of the order in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayNow and Bank Transfer.

Shipping of the order can only take place once full payment of the goods and delivery charges have been confirmed.

Orders unpaid for more than 3 working days will be automatically cancelled.

Kairos Caviar reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment of any sum by the buyer in the event of any payment incidents.
