The flavour of Kairos Caviar is moulded by the terroir of the Yunnan region, where clean spring waters that flow from the mountains become a part of the pristine, natural environment.

The long maturation of this ancient fish allows them to develop an unparalleled depth of flavour in their roe that is enhanced only by the skill of our caviar masters who carefully select the optimal time for harvest, and fine-tune the salting of each unique lot, creating a truly profound expression of what nature can offer.
